How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at nemanjatanaskovic.etf@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number or the email address used during purchase
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
