1. Service Description

PayStubFlow provides an online pay stub generator tool. Users enter company and employee information, and the Service generates a pay stub document with calculated tax deductions based on 2025 US federal and state tax rates.

2. Accuracy of Calculations

Tax calculations are based on publicly available 2025 federal tax brackets (IRS Revenue Procedure 2024-40) and state income tax rates from state revenue departments. While we strive for accuracy, these calculations are estimates and may not reflect your exact tax situation. Factors such as local taxes, itemized deductions, pre-tax contributions, and tax credits are not included.

PayStubFlow is not a substitute for professional payroll services or tax advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional or payroll service for official payroll needs.

3. Permitted Use

You may use PayStubFlow for:

  • Personal record-keeping and financial planning
  • Estimating take-home pay for employment offers
  • Creating pay records for legitimate business purposes

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use PayStubFlow to:

  • Create fraudulent documents for loan applications
  • Create fraudulent documents for rental applications
  • Misrepresent income or employment status
  • Commit any form of fraud or misrepresentation
  • Generate documents intended to deceive any person or institution

Using generated pay stubs for fraudulent purposes is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of information entered and the legal use of generated documents.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. All prices are in US dollars. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

PayStubFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated pay stubs, including but not limited to errors in tax calculations, misuse of documents, or any financial decisions made based on the information provided.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
